M.A.A.D Hospitality offers comprehensive consulting services where our full catering service is not required. Our team of experts is available to assess catering and equipment needs. We set up operation, production, coordinate logistics, source vendors, hire/train staff, supervise and manage operations. MAAD covers all aspects of disaster relief food service.

 

Overview

M.A.A.D Hospitality team of experts will be on site for one week to assess catering and equipment needs (Assessment Period)

Our team will evaluate the situation, assess all needs, define the appropriate plan in order to deliver proper solutions. We will set up and manage the operation. Including all aspects of production, equipment sourcing, vendor sourcing, logistics, staffing and staff training, safety code implementation, menu selection, facility management, and storage needs in conjunction with local team and in close coordination with client for two weeks always abiding by quality standards and meet requirements set out by client/authorities and contractual obligations.

Our team will remain onsite alongside the local team for a minimum of 4 weeks to run and supervise the operation. We will orchestrate a safe and professional handover to the local team once operations are under full control to meet all requirements set forth by contract with client and authorities

M.A.A.D will be available for extensions of deployment as client sees fit, and can stay onsite, if needed until the end of the project to ensure quality of service, production and execution of contractual obligations.
