Outline
M.A.A.D will be operational within a maximum of 3 weeks from being contracted
Week 1: Rapid Triage, Assessment, Plan Definition
Week 2: Arrive on site, source vendors / staffing and build facility
Week 3: Finalize production logistics. Facility to be fully operational
Week 1: M.A.A.D deploys specialists as soon as contracted by client to assess catering and equipment needs on site.
Weeks 2 & 3: Production specialists will be on site for 2 weeks prior to service commencement to set up and coordinate local production, logistics, operation, vendor sourcing, staffing, facilities, storage, meal production.
Week 3: M.A.A.D core team, equipment, product, accommodation, equipment and production vehicles will arrive to set up operation, finalizing set up of facility and be fully operational.
M.A.A.D requires a minimum 4 week deployment commitment in addition to the initial 3 week assessment / planning / set up / building phase
Our team will remain onsite overseeing all aspects of set up, production, logistics, management, including breakdown until the deployment contract has been completed to the client’s complete satisfaction.
